P004 → Quit Vaping
According to Cancer Council Victoria's Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer, data has shown a sharp increase in the use of vapes by young people. This project aims to serve as a fun narrative targeted towards teenagers (11-14 years old), shedding light on the misconceptions surrounding vaping.
The animation combines images, text and audio to translate complex concepts into a visual representation that is more interesting and easy to understand.
It utilize the anthropomorphic character Vinnie, who seems harmless and trendy at first but ultimately has deterimental effects on both health and the environment. It aims to help the audience understand the dangerous of vaping and lead them to quit it. This video allows for distribution accross a variety of platforms, particularly on social media.
